Ok, so I woke up with a severe knock-the-wind-out-of-you pain in my chest and high pitched ringing in my right ear.

can this possibly be happening again?

either my diet is not good enough (which doesn't make sense considering I'm eating healthier than I ever have before in my life), or I'm being abducted by aliens again, but in an uber-slow-motion alternate reality time line, and they decided to start with my chest this time.

huh.
